FeedbackLens
Turn customer comments into questions worth acting on.
A planned app for finding source-linked themes in customer feedback and reviewing what changes after you act.
A clearer way through the work
Useful customer evidence often sits in separate records. FeedbackLens is planned to help you examine recurring themes, check the original comments and choose what to investigate or improve.

Your information & privacy
Mindful Pages is run by Marc Young. This notice describes the marketing website and its forms; Business Bloom is still in development.
When you contact us or sign up: the forms collect your email address, any name you provide, your selected interests or subject, and your message where applicable. Book and app updates: signing up for book releases does not add you to app updates unless you select that option. The Business Bloom waitlist is for app early-access news.
