Look inside before you buyWhat you’ll find inside
A customer says something worth remembering. Someone recommends a book. You discover a subject you need to understand better. The Research Journal gives that future learning somewhere to wait.
A Library organized around the Seven Business Signals helps you keep subjects and sources for later study. Guidance for making time to study helps you turn a saved question into a useful learning session.
Practical AI research instructions and quick-reference pages keep sources, search terms and quotations available. Capture notes from books, webinars, meetings and seminars as the information arrives.
Return when you are ready to connect what you have learned or study a subject in greater depth. Use Strategic Thinking when you need a method for logic, reasoning or organization.
What this helps you do
- Collect subjects and sources for future study.
- Connect research to business questions.
- Preserve notes, search terms and useful quotations.
- Return to findings when a decision needs them.
A situation you might bring
Someone recommends a resource about customer retention. Save the source and the question you want it to answer, make time to study it, then preserve the useful findings and where they came from.
