RoutineRunner

Make good work easier to repeat.

A planned app for turning explanations into approved procedures and recurring checklists.

A clearer way through the work

When a useful process lives only in someone’s head, repeating it can be difficult. RoutineRunner is planned to help capture the steps, confirm how the work should be done and keep improving the procedure.

How it relates to Mindful Pages

RoutineRunner carries practical understanding into repeated action. It will stand alone; a future opt-in Business Bloom connection could share selected procedures, responsibilities and revision history.

A few useful answers

Can I use it today?

RoutineRunner is a planned product. Pricing and a release date have not been announced. Contact Marc to share your use case or ask about progress.

Is this a full team-management platform?

No. The initial plan focuses on procedures and recurring checklists. A full HR system, advanced screen recording and a large learning-management system are outside its scope.

Where does AI fit?

AI may help organize an explanation into steps. You review and approve the procedure, and the core checklist records are intended to remain usable without AI.

Your information & privacy

Mindful Pages is run by Marc Young. This notice describes the marketing website and its forms; Business Bloom is still in development.

When you contact us or sign up: the forms collect your email address, any name you provide, your selected interests or subject, and your message where applicable. Book and app updates: signing up for book releases does not add you to app updates unless you select that option. The Business Bloom waitlist is for app early-access news.
