ScopeTrack
Make the extra work clear before it begins.
A focused app for recording project scope and presenting changes with their price and timing for client review.
A clearer way through the work
An extra request can change the work, the schedule and the cost. ScopeTrack gives that conversation a specific proposal and a record to return to.

How it relates to Mindful Pages
ScopeTrack focuses on scope and change decisions. A future optional connection could make selected records available to Business Bloom. ScopeTrack works independently today; that integration is not currently offered.

Can I use ScopeTrack today?
Yes. ScopeTrack is available in your web browser. Create an owner account and confirm your email to start your one-time 7-day free trial. No card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
What does it cost?
ScopeTrack Pro is USD $15 per month plus applicable tax, shown before payment. If you choose to subscribe during your trial, billing starts immediately and unused trial days are not added to the paid period. Cancel renewal anytime; paid access continues through the period already paid for.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
Creating and changing projects, baselines, proposals and client links pauses without current trial or paid access. Existing records, available downloads, link revocation and client decisions remain available.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients open a private link and verify their email before approving or declining a proposal. Email verification shows inbox access, not legal identity or signing authority.
Does it collect payment for client work?
